Summary
Barnraiser is Heart & Graft's house espresso blend, composed of Brazil Santa Rosa (natural), India Ratnagiri Estate (washed) and Honduras La Flor (washed) coffees. It delivers rich chocolate flavour with orange marmalade acidity and lots of fudgy sweetness, with tasting notes of chocolate ganache, stroopwafel and peach. The roastery keeps the recipe consistent year in, year out, roasting three complementary coffees together. Brewing recipes are provided for both espresso and French press.
