60/40 is a house blend from Heart & Graft, made of 60% Brazil Mogiana (natural processed) and 40% India Ratnagiri (washed processed), roasted to a medium-dark level for a heavy, chocolatey espresso. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, plum jam and fudge, with chocolate, caramelised nuts and bonfire toffee sweetness from the Brazilian component and big cocoa notes and body from the Indian component. It is designed as a comfort espresso that cuts well through milk, with brewing guidance for espresso and moka pot.
