The variety is Red Bourbon, processed using a yeast-inoculated fully washed method with LALCAFÉ ORO™ yeast for controlled fermentation. The coffee offers a sweet and fruit-forward profile with notes of red grape, plum, lemon curd, and cannelé. It is light roasted and intended for filter brewing.
