It offers a balanced acidity with boozy notes of stewed cherries and raisins, round flavors of almond butter, and a subtle aftertaste of lime and Darjeeling tea. The farm is part of the Fincas Los Naranjos group, managed by Sigfredo Corado, and participates in the Renacer Programme for sustainable farming practices.
