A single origin Geisha coffee from Finca El Placer, operated by fourth-generation producer Sebastián Ramírez in Quindío, Colombia. Grown at 1,650–2,000 meters above sea level, this lot undergoes a White Honey process with anaerobic fermentation in 200-liter tanks at 18°C, followed by slow drying under shade netting and 15 days of stabilization in GrainPro bags. The cup profile is intensely aromatic and floral with notes of bergamot, green tea, apricot, pineapple, and orange blossom.
