Summary

A washed Pink Bourbon coffee from Wilson Ortega Muñoz's farm El Naranjo, located in Arauca, San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,800 metres above sea level. The cup is juicy and light-bodied with red currant, passionfruit, and honeyed sweetness, clean and lively. The coffee is processed with an overnight fermentation in a wooden hopper, wet fermentation up to 38 hours, four rinses, and dried on raised beds for 15–20 days.
