Summary

A natural processed coffee from the Gedeo region of Ethiopia, produced by around 400 smallholder farmers delivering to the Danche washing station, owned by SNAP Coffee. Grown at 1950-2000 meters above sea level, this coffee offers a mouth-filling sweetness and balance with notes of lychee, candy-like sweetness, and gentle florals. The cherries are hand-sorted, floated, and dried whole for 2-3 weeks, resulting in a sweeter, fruitier profile.
