Decaf Divino
Summary
Decaf Divino is a decaffeinated Colombian coffee from five producers in the Divino Niño area of Suaza, Huila, grown at 1300-1950 meters above sea level. It features V. Colombia, Caturra and Castillo varieties, decaffeinated with ethyl acetate at the Descafecol plant in Manizales, a gentle process that preserves the seed and flavor. The cup offers a full-bodied feel with rich notes of milk chocolate, pillowy brown sugar sweetness and buttery almond creaminess. It makes a wonderful espresso shot. Available in 250g, 2lb and 5lb sizes.
