Mario Mejía - Pacamara
Summary
Single-origin Pacamara from La Paz, Honduras, grown at 1,650 meters by producer Mario Mejía of Finca El Jardin. Handpicked and depulped in the afternoon, then wet fermented for 50-70 hours, washed and dried on African beds for 15-30 days. The cup is sharp and lemony with sweet green chile pepper, developing agave-like sweetness, thicker body and wild berry and herbaceous notes as it cools — a savory-sweet, versatile coffee.
