Summary

Magdalena López's Finca Santa Fe sits high in the mountains of Nariño, Colombia near the Galeras Volcano at 1,900–2,246 masl. The farm is planted primarily with Colombia variety and a smaller plot of Tabi, grown in mineral-rich volcanic soils. The coffee is washed-processed with flavour notes of cacao, brown sugar, and orange zest. The upper part of the mountain is preserved as a protected forest reserve called Los Rayos.
