A washed decaf lot from Huila, Colombia, produced by smallholders from Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties grown at 1,400–2,000 m. Decaffeinated using the EA (ethyl acetate) process, also known as Decaf de Caña, which removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural character. The cup is clean and balanced with good sweetness, bright but gentle acidity and a transparent profile. Roasted for drip bags, it offers a caffeine-free coffee that still reflects the quality and character of Huila.
