Summary

Single-origin Colombian filter coffee from Finca El Mesón in the vereda of Berlin, Acevedo, southern Huila, grown by producer Luz Divia Fierro on steep ridgelines at 1,650–1,700 masl. The Pink Bourbon variety is washed, fermented for 24 hours and sun-dried for 20 days. In the cup it shows lifted aromatics and defined acidity with notes of blood orange, green tea and blueberry.
