Rocket is Extract Coffee Roasters' flagship espresso blend, fully sourced from Minas Gerais, Brazil, and developed with partners at Volcafe for flavour, reliability and consistency. The blend combines Catuai, Mundo Novo and Bourbon varieties with a natural process, delivering a big, sweet profile with rich chocolate, dried fruit sweetness and a smooth finish. Tasting notes include Belgian chocolate, black cherry and treacle. It performs well as an espresso and alongside milk, shot after shot.
