Summary

Costa Rica Los Angeles is a specialty coffee from the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, grown by producer Ricardo Calderón at 2100 masl. It is of the rare Typica Mejorada variety and processed using the white honey method at the Los Angeles micro-mill. The cup profile is fruity and clean with intense floral aromatics, notes of yellow fruits and caramel. The Calderón family has been growing coffee since 1978 and won the Cup of Excellence in 2011.
