Los Guaduales By Jose Rodriguez
Summary
Los Guaduales is a special preparation coffee produced by Jose Rodriguez at his farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. This Castillo variety micro-lot is developed with the Cuatro Vientos specialty project. After hand-sorting and density floating, the cherries undergo a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks before being fully washed, resulting in a wine-forward, boozy character with crisp, clean finish. Expect intense jammy sweetness, winey berries, jammy blood orange, and cacao nib notes with a heavy, syrupy mouthfeel.
