Colombia- Buesaco
Summary
A single-origin Colombian coffee from the steep volcanic terrain of Buesaco, Nariño, grown at elevations of 1,600–2,000+ MASL. The varieties are Colombia, Castillo and Caturra, and this smallholder lot was processed using the honey method, leaving some sticky fruit mucilage around the seed during drying. The cup is sweet and balanced with a rich, comforting body, showing notes of warm pear pastry, panela and honeycomb alongside soft yellow fruit. Roasted for filter.
