Half Caf is a blend of 50% sugarcane decaffeinated Colombian coffee and 50% washed Colombian coffee from Colombia. Varieties include Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. Grown at 1400–1820 meters above sea level. Processed using washed and sugarcane decaffeination methods. Tasting notes of milk chocolate, blood orange, and tonka bean.
