Ethiopian- Idido
Summary
A natural Ethiopian coffee from the hills of Yirgacheffe, grown by Abebe Hailu and his family in Idido at around 2,100 masl. The JARC 74110 and 74112 varieties grow under the shade of Albizia and Enset trees. Only fully ripe red cherries are hand-selected and dried slowly on raised African beds for around 15 days with regular turning, then rested for about 30 days before export. Vibrant, fruit-forward and sweet, with notes of blueberry, stonefruit and brown sugar. Roasted for espresso.
