Colombia Peñas Blancas is a specialty coffee from the Huila region, grown at 1,650 masl on the Peñas Blancas farm, a social project led by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara. The coffee is made from Caturra and Castillo varieties and processed using the natural method with controlled fermentation and drying on raised beds. Its flavour profile is dominated by tropical fruits such as pineapple and banana, followed by mango, papaya and a hint of chocolate, with high sweetness and a funky character.
