Diamond's Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roaster based in Dunajská Lužná, Slovakia, roasting for over a decade. What began in 2014 with a popcorn popper and a kilo of green Kenyan coffee turned into a proper micro-roastery with a serious obsession: they taste more than 800 coffees a year to pick around 50 for their lineup.
