Guji Shakisso Hadeso Jarc Varieties - Local Landraces Natural

Summary

A natural processed coffee from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, sourced from smallholder farms around Dambi Uddo and processed at the Hadeso washing station, managed by Testi Coffee. Grown at up to 2,100 metres above sea level, the lot is composed largely of Kurume and Wolisho local landraces alongside other JARC selections. The cherries are hand-picked, sorted, and dried on raised beds for 15–18 days, yielding a clean and balanced cup.
