Bambito Estate Gesha Washed Highland Grace Lot 2
Summary
Washed Gesha from Bambito Estate in Chiriquí, Panama, grown at 1750 m on the slopes of Volcán Barú. The Sittón family farm, led by Priscilla Gonzalez and her son Ivan, has cultivated coffee here since the early 1900s. Ripe cherries were depulped and fermented with their mucilage for 36 hours before washing, giving sweetness, structure and depth while keeping the clean, elegant character of a traditional washed Gesha. The cup is intensely floral and expressive, with structured acidity and precise, defined flavours.
