Guji Shakisso Hadeso Jarc Varieties - Local Landraces Fully Washed

Summary

A fully washed coffee from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, grown around the village of Dambi Uddo at elevations up to 2,100 meters. The lot is composed largely of Kurume and Wolisho landraces alongside other JARC selections. Cherries are hand-harvested, sorted, pulped within 6-8 hours, fermented 36-48 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds under shade for 5-7 days. The coffee is processed at the Hadeso washing station, managed by Testi Coffee, which works directly with about 500 smallholder farmers.
