Summary
A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Gesha Village estate, Oma block, located in the Bench Maji region. Grown at 1900-2100 meters above sea level, this coffee is of the Gesha 1931 variety. The cherries undergo dry fermentation for 12-18 hours, followed by washing and slow shade-drying for 12-15 days. After drying to 11% moisture, the coffee rests for at least 2 months before milling. This coffee is distinguished by its purity, elegance, and aromatic complexity, representing the Ethiopian origins of the Gesha variety.
