This Pink Bourbon variety is blended from both washed and honey processed beans, decaffeinated using the Sugarcane (EA) method where beans are rinsed in Ethyl Acetate derived from Colombian sugarcane. Roasted to a City (light) profile, it offers a silky texture with notes of panela sugar, lemon, caramel, and a jammy finish. Best suited for filter brewing methods such as pour over and batch brew.
