Arboretum is a seasonal espresso blend from Dark Woods Coffee, featuring washed Bourbon, Catuai and Caturra Arabica beans from Panama and Costa Rica. The Panama component is grown by Don Manelia in the highlands of Horqueta and processed by Pedro Moss. The Costa Rican component comes from Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez at Beneficio Brunas del Zurqui, processing beans from the Don Jose Farm. Designed as a light espresso but also suited to filter, it offers bright, jammy flavours with red fruit notes and sweetness.
