Colombia La Dinastia Maragesha
Summary
Colombia La Dinastia Maragesha is a washed specialty coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Wilder, a geneticist who runs a family coffee operation. The coffee is a rare Maragesha variety (a Gesha/Maragogype hybrid). Beans are de-pulped and fermented for 120 hours with controlled pH and temperature, then washed and dried for 8-15 days. Flavour notes include orange, jasmine flower, orange blossom, and citrus sweetness. This is a light roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
