Colombia El Placer Wush Wush coffee from Quindio, Colombia. Produced by Sebastian Ramirez at El Placer farm, situated at over 1700m altitude. Wush Wush variety. Processed using black honey method with anaerobic fermentation: gently pulped leaving maximum mucilage, fermented anaerobically for 96 hours at 18°C with CO2, followed by 48 hours dry fermentation and 48 hours submerged in water, then slow drying. Light roasted and recommended for filter brewing. Flavour profile includes blood orange, violet, dark fruits, thyme, and floral notes.
