Bright Skies - Colombia
Summary
Single-origin Colombian coffee from producer Edinson Argote, grown on the Quebraditas family farm in Oporapa, Huila, at 1,600–1,850 masl. The Castillo variety is processed by co-fermentation: selectively handpicked cherries are floated, oxidised for 24 hours in food-grade plastic containers, then submerged for a 72-hour dual fermentation with yeast and watermelon, dried for about 76 hours at an average 40°C and stabilised in GrainPro bags. Flavour notes of watermelon, gummy bear and lemongrass.
