Blueberry
Summary
Colombian coffee from Finca Anaya in San Adolfo, Huila, cultivated by the Aranda Gómez family for over three decades on 4.5 hectares between two mountain ranges. The farm grows Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, Gesha, Castillo, Colombia and Red Bourbon, with around 90% of cherries picked at full ripeness. Traditional flotation is combined with modern processing techniques, filtered water and strict Brix monitoring. Pink Bourbon, known for its deep pink ripe cherries and high sugar concentration, is highlighted. Named for its blueberry character.
