D612 Coffee Roasters

D612 Coffee Roasters is a small specialty coffee roastery in the heart of Florence, Italy, roasting since 2016. Their mission is simple: source delicious beans and roast them to let each origin's character shine. They roast multiple times a week to ensure freshness, hand-pack every bag, and even use 100% recyclable, CO2-compensated packaging. The current lineup includes single origins like Ethiopia and Peru, plus blends like The Snatch. They believe coffee creates connections, and they see their roastery as a link between people who share that passion. If you're after fresh, thoughtfully roasted specialty beans with a story, D612 delivers—and they ship across Europe.
