The caffeine is removed using a CO2 decaffeination process, which operates under high pressure and selectively removes only caffeine while preserving the larger flavor-contributing molecules. The coffee is roasted to a medium level and is suitable for various brewing methods including espresso and filter. Available as whole beans with optional grinding for different brew methods.
