This organic Peruvian coffee comes from the Chanchamayo province in central Peru, grown at 1200-1800 meters altitude in a unique microclimate called the 'jungle eyebrow'. Cultivated by eight producer groups on approximately 600 hectares using sustainable practices without pesticides or fertilizers. The coffee features Tipica, Caturra, Bourbon, Pache, Catuai, and Catimor varieties, processed using the washed method. Flavor profile includes sweet, slightly citrus, and chocolate notes with a full body.
