This coffee comes from the Antigua region of Guatemala, grown on mineral-rich volcanic soil at altitudes above 1600 meters. The Bourbon variety is processed using the washed method. The region is surrounded by three volcanoes, including the active Fuego, which provides fresh volcanic ash to the soil. The coffee offers a full body with fine acidity, pleasant notes reminiscent of pineapple syrup, cocoa, almond, and a light spicy aftertaste.
