Golden Hour is a decaffeinated filter coffee from Finca Nogales, a family farm in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, founded around 1940 and now run by the Hernández family. Grown at 1600-2000 m above sea level, the Caturra variety is hand-picked, sorted in water, washed and fermented, then decaffeinated using a natural solvent (mosto) made from coffee cherry pulp. It has a cupping score of 88. Flavour profile: red grape, lychee, cream, passion fruit, citrus, with a silky creamy body.
