Summary
This coffee comes from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, produced by Devanir Rossini at Chapadão de Ferro farm. The Mundo Novo variety is grown at 1150-1260 MASL and processed using the natural (dry) method. Cherries are machine-harvested, spread in thin layers on terraces for sun drying, then finished in mechanical rotary dryers at controlled temperatures. The cup profile features sweet and full notes of cocoa, nougat, and nutty flavors with chocolate, almond, cocoa, and caramel notes. Cupping score: 84.5. Available as Nespresso compatible capsules.
