A blend of two Colombian coffees: 40% Geisha from Finca La Dinastía (Wilder Lazo) in San Adolfo, Huila, and 60% Java P-14 from Granja Paraíso 92 (Wilton Benitez) in Cauca. Processes: washed with lemongrass co-fermentation and washed with thermal shock. Tasting notes include pavlova, marshmallow, vanilla, floral, sweet, passion fruit, pineapple, honey, and lemon. Light roast.
