Baklava Popsicle - Decaf Blend
Summary
A decaf blend combining 75% Amatenango de la Frontera from Chiapas, Mexico (Typica, washed and Mountain Water Process decaf, 1500 masl) with 25% Typica Decaf from Huila, Colombia, produced by Oscar Hernandez at Los Nogales (Typica, coffee mucilage ethyl acetate decaf, 1750 masl), the latter preserved in vacuum-sealed bags and frozen for 12 months. Medium roast with citrus-forward acidity and a creamy mouthfeel, recommended equally for espresso and filter. Tasting notes of orange blossoms, rose water and butterscotch.
