Cinnamon Toast - Decaf
Summary
Cinnamon Toast - Decaf is a decaffeinated coffee from Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1500 masl and made from the Typica cultivar. The coffee is washed and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which uses glacial water from an active volcano to rinse and re-soak the green beans, preserving the original flavours. It is a chocolate and caramel forward coffee balanced with notes of red fruit and prunes, with tasting notes of caramel, French toast and milk chocolate. It works well as espresso or pour over.
