Colorfull Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster with a contrarian streak: they'd rather build blends than chase single origins. After tasting 173 coffees for their first releases, they settled on just three they loved — and set out to design coffees that are 'greater than the sum of their parts.' Their targets are ripe fruit, a clean, elegant mouthfeel, and balance. Blends, they argue, have been unfairly relegated to mediocre espresso; here they're treated as craft. They're also building a friendly coffee community on Discord, where brew tips and coffee talk flow freely.
