Includes El Jardín Chiroso (Leonardo Henao, Santa Barbara, Antioquia, 1950-2050m, Chiroso variety, anaerobic natural-washed process) with dark berry, tamarind acidity, and herbal florals; Finca Policarpa Sidra (Stiv Brayan Cañar, Santa Tunja Grande, La Florida, 2000m, Sidra variety, controlled fermentation process) with Concord grape, pineapple, and tropical fruit notes; and Three Coffee Farmers Gesha (Marlon Bolaños, Acevedo, Huila, 1670m, Gesha variety, anaerobic fermentation) with jasmine, rose, blackberry, and citrus. Harvest dates range from February 2025 to January 2026.
