Costa Rican coffee from Vista Paraiso farm, one of five family farms managed by the Alvarado Fonseca family in the Brunca region. Grown at 1700 MASL, this Starmaya variety is naturally processed at the Corazón de Jesús micro-mill, established in 2015 and known for experimental processing and precise fermentation. Fruity and sweet, with bright acidity, syrupy jam sweetness and a long fruity finish, showing notes of açaí, cherry cola and dark chocolate.
