Carrow Coffee Roasters is a boutique specialty coffee roastery on a family farm beside the Atlantic Ocean in County Sligo, Ireland. Founders Paola and Andrew started roasting in Bogotá, Colombia, where Andrew became a Q Grader. They source sustainably-grown beans from small-scale farmers, many of whom they know personally, and favour light to medium roasts to let the bean shine. Their rotating lineup of single origins—from washed Guatemalans to funky Rwandan naturals—is roasted to order. They're committed to fair prices and environmental sustainability, using compostable packaging and even reusable buckets for local wholesale. Great coffee, grounded in real relationships.
