Amenaza Menor is a decaffeinated specialty coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Azahar Coffee in collaboration with nine farmers. It is a Pink Bourbon variety, processed using the washed method and EA decaffeination (Sugarcane ethyl-acetate). The cup profile features raspberries, plum jam, gingerbread, dried plums, raisins, dark chocolate, delicate pink fruit, with biscuit background and a long caramel-toffee finish. Available in compostable Nespresso-compatible capsules.
