Buena Vista Gesha - Guatemala
Summary
Gesha from Fredy Orantes' farm Buena Vista in Fraijanes, Santa Rosa, Guatemala, grown at 1870 m. A rare Guatemalan Gesha produced in small lots: only perfectly ripe red cherries were hand-selected, washed, then dried on raised African beds for 25-30 days, with daily turning and drying during the warmest part of the day. The result is an elegant, complex natural Gesha with pronounced sweetness, a floral character and a clean, long finish. Tasting notes of tropical fruit and meadow honey.
