The flavour profile features notes of yellow and citrus fruits, with a complex sweetness of jaggery and peach, a silky and velvety body, bright acidity, and a prolonged sweet finish with notes of mandarin and red fruits. The coffee is cultivated by indigenous communities using traditional methods.
