Café Cultor is a Bogotá roaster telling the story of Colombian coffee from the inside — they source micro-regional lots from seven different Colombian regions, each with its own distinct character, and connect thousands of growers along the way. There's real social weight behind it: work with post-conflict communities in the Sierra Nevada, sustainability training in Huila, and crop-substitution programmes, all wrapped up in their 'everything in a cup' idea. They run several cafés in the city and offer a flexible subscription.
