Zarza Gesha Nature is a Colombian coffee from the Zarza farm in the Bruselas mountains of the Huila region, produced by Jhonatan Gasca and his family. This Gesha variety undergoes a natural process with selective harvesting, controlled fermentation and slow controlled natural drying, enhancing aromatic complexity while preserving balance and clarity. The cup offers intense notes of mango, apricot and strawberry, with a floral and fruity profile. Roasted medium for both filter and espresso, it is an expressive, aromatic specialty coffee.
