Espresso roast from Peru, produced by Andy Llanos, made from the Tabi variety. The coffee is washed: selectively harvested ripe cherries are fermented whole for about 18 hours before pulping, then fermented a further 24 hours, washed and dried. In the cup it shows gourmand caramel notes alongside fruity notes of grape, coconut and apple. Roasted for espresso and suited to espresso, moka pot and automatic machines.
