Colômbia Patio Bonito Typica | Origem Única
Summary
Single-origin washed Typica from Finca Patio Bonito, a family farm in Caldono, Cauca, Colombia, founded by Carlos Arturo Trujillo and now worked alongside his daughter Paola Trujillo. Grown at 1,700 m.a.s.l. and harvested May to August. The cherries are pulped, fermented and washed clean before drying, letting the elegance of the variety show. In the cup it is delicate and intriguing, with notes of cooked tamarind, apple blossom and a subtle savoury touch, soft juicy acidity and gentle fruit-like sweetness. Medium roast (City+), recommended for V60.
